About

I started out my working life as a freelance illustrator. My work regularly featured in newspapers and magazines such as The Guardian, Observer and New Statesman. Over time, I became more engaged in campaigning on social justice, human rights and refugee issues. So, eventually I became a campaigner, press officer and all-round communications professional for the Fairtrade Foundation where I worked for almost a decade. Since then, I have worked for many inspiring international development and advocacy organisations.

Over the years, my interests have evolved and now include teaching mindfulness and dementia care. This website is an attempt to bring my work and interests together.
